We offer custom embroidery services for hats, shirts, jackets, bags, and more.


Completion time varies depending on the complexity and size of the design, but we aim to have all projects completed within 1-2 weeks.


We accept .dst, .emb and .pes file formats.


 

Wash & Dry Tips:

  • Turn the garment inside out before washing.
  • Machine wash cold with similar colors.
  • Use a mild detergent — no bleach or fabric softeners.
  • Tumble dry low or, even better, hang to dry.
  • Avoid ironing directly over any embroidery.

A quick note about embroidery:

Most embroidery thread is made from polyester, which gives it that bright, durable finish — but it can still be sensitive to high heat and rough washing. Too much heat or agitation can cause the stitches to tighten, distort, or appear “shrunk.” Gentle washing and low-heat drying go a long way in keeping the stitching smooth and the colors vibrant.

To help streamline the process, please consider the following tips:

  1. Product Selection
     
    • Provide the product number/SKU for the items you want.
       
    • Let us know what color(s) you'd like to offer for each product.
       

  1. Design Details
     
    • Specify what graphics you want on the apparel (e.g., front, back, sleeve).
       
    • Indicate whether you'd like embroidery or heat press application.
       

  1. Personalization
     
    • If personalization is being offered (e.g., name on right chest), specify which text colors you'd like available.
       

  1. Order Access
     
    • While we can't offer a locked store at this time, you can provide a roster of approved individuals, and we will manually filter orders accordingly.
